Deliveries are only made to the door step and the courier is not authorized to take the product any further. We aim to deliver with 3-5 days. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Shetland, Orkney, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. All damaged goods must be reported with 24 hours of receiving.
Any damages reported after 24 hours will not be accepted. The product must be in original condition and packaging. Mattress are non-returnable once they have been used/slept on. Are products are made on order so once order has been finalised we will not accept any changes due to colour or size of bed.
